So this adds up to 453.6oz or 28.35lbs.  Unfortunately, this weight does not include
water.  And because we are so fortunate to be drowning in it this season, I will most likely only carry one liter at a time.   The items with asterisks are items I will most likely remove, reduce, or replace with a lighter version....if not now, probably a few days up the trail.

  1. alright ive studied your gear and hear are some ideas on how to even lighten your load a little more if you would like.

    1. Ditch your pillow. Instead, Put your mont bell jacket into the stuffsack it came with, and you will have an amazeing pillow that serves more than one use.

    2. Dont use the steripen. they are bulky and prone to presenting many malfunctions. I really suggest useing aquamira. its light wieght and you cant taste it. The stuff is amazeing...

    3. you can really get by with out rain pants. It doesnt matter if you are wearing them.....you are still going to get wet.

    4. The nalgene cantene could be shed as well with out causeing to many problems. with your bucket you can store water while your at camp, and with your bladder you can store plenty of drinking water.

    5. as for clothes, you really only need one base layer. it will smell bad after a while.....but youll get used to it haha.

Thats all i can think of off the bat. pack looks good haha. hope these sugestions help.
